You Are an Artist

In my family, I was the athlete, while my sister was the artist. She could draw, paint, and bring her visions to life on paper.

Anytime I came home with a drawing, my parents said, "Stick to sports." So I did.

However, I loved learning about poetry in English class. I enjoyed making rhymes and playing with words. In 8th grade, I wrote a rap that I battled a friend with.

I'm still impressed by what I wrote—although wildly raunchy for a 14-year-old. (I guess I have Eminem to thank for that.)

No one affirmed my writing as they did with sports. So, I followed a sports path, working in the golf industry until I was 25. That's when my Soul showed me I had other creative gifts to give.

I embraced my path as an "Artist" and haven't looked back.

I believe we are all artists.

Art is how we express our creative function in the world.

Art doesn't have to look like my sister's paintings.

It may be traditional arts like writing, dancing, and sculpting, or we may share our art through business, cooking, or even athletic pursuits like running.

Any activity is an opportunity to bring a piece of ourselves to. Any moment is a chance to bring out something that wasn't there before. That is art.

I am a writer, and I've found a unique kind of writing that weaves storytelling, lessons, meditation, and even some poetry!

I am a "Meditation Artist."

I've been fortunate to put my art into meditation courses that over 65,000 people have listened to.

I love helping people channel their creativity into the world.

I do it every day as a coach.

Some people don't feel like they have a creative outlet. If you are spiritually inclined and love to meditate, have you considered meditation?

You don't have to teach people to meditate.

You can use meditation as a medium to express your unique skills, stories, and experiences. It can be a canvas on which you express your art.

More than anything, my course, Meditation Course Creator Academy, helps you find your unique way of bringing your art of meditation to life.

Here's feedback from someone who took the course: Lou's course inspired me to finally create my first meditation course. It helped me move through the many layers of resistance in creating content. Lou is also wonderful at reminding others to trust our inner knowing and process, our unique way of creating, with each step. Very grateful, would highly recommend!

If it calls to you, join the course before Thursday and take advantage of the $100 discount. (Use code CREATOR100 at checkout.)
