Leaving a Legacy

I’ve said it before, but since my favorite holiday just passed, I’ll say it again: I'm so grateful you let me take up space in your inbox.

This week, on The Art & Business of Meditation podcast, I chatted with my friend, Michael Tennant. Michael is a shining example of someone who lives in alignment with his values and embodies his purpose.

He is the Founder and CEO of Curiosity Lab, a purpose-driven venture studio and consultancy that builds products and experiences that teach empathy.

His work has been featured by the New York Times, Beyoncé, the Today Show, Good Morning America, and many others. In 2022, Curiosity Lab received an investment from Pharrell and the Black Ambition Prize.

Michael and I were in a men’s group together for 18 months. Instead of diving deep into our emotions, we got to discuss purpose and legacy.

If you want to create a product that makes a difference, whether a book, card deck, or art piece—this episode is a must-listen.
