Meet Your Guide—Hi, I’m Lou
In 2014, I began my spiritual journey. At the time, I worked as a credit analyst for an international brand. As I read books about purpose and intention, it lit a spark inside that had been dormant. It made me realize I wasn’t put on the earth to collect money from past-due accounts. I dreamed of finding work I could put a piece of my Soul into.
I kept reading and meditating, and in 2015, I had a spiritual experience that altered the course of my life. From that experience, I stopped drinking and quit my corporate job. I wanted to write and speak about the potential of meditation. However, I had no idea how to do it!
I tried. I went to two Toastmasters meetings a week and wrote a book. Two years in, nothing was working. It was a daily grind to get over the hurdle of self-doubt and continue. My wife and I moved in with my parents, and in June of 2017, I hit a breaking point. Sitting on my parent's porch, sobbing in despair, I told my wife I “I don’t know if I can go on like this.”
As fate had it, I had a discovery call with a coach the next day. At that meeting, I knew this was who I was meant to find. She helped me grow my speaking career and build a business teaching mindfulness in schools. She also was there to hold me through the immense fear and self-doubt I faced.
Now, I help aspiring spiritual guides, teachers, and healers along the same path my coach helped me. Yours will look different than mine, and that’s the point! You have your unique light to shine. Through transformational coaching and business mentorship, I help you become a beacon, so the world feels your healing balm.

Logistics FAQ

We’ll meet biweekly for 60-75 minutes over the six-month program. The exact day and time will be scheduled based on your availability and timezone.

All sessions take place virtually, so you can join from wherever you are in the world. We’ll use Zoom to create an intimate, connected space for each session.

We’ll primarily use Zoom for our sessions and WhatsApp for voice support between sessions. You’ll also have access to any additional materials and resources shared on these platforms.

All session replays, resources, and any supplemental content will be shared with you via a shared Google Drive folder. This way, you can revisit the materials anytime you need a refresher or inspiration.

Apart from our biweekly sessions, expect to dedicate around 1-2 hours each week for reflection, exercises, and taking action steps. This time may vary depending on how deeply you engage with the material and your personal goals.
