Phase 1: Uncover
We start by bringing awareness to your fears, doubts, hopes, and dreams—the parts of you that say, “Who am I to do this?” “What will my family think?” “What if no one shows up to my thing?” Together, we’ll set a vision for the future and uncover the subconscious patterns that are keeping you stuck.
Phase 2: Unfold
This is where transformation happens. Through deep coaching, old limitations will soften, and new ways of being will take shape. You’ll learn to take action, embrace uncertainty, and step into your full potential with trust and flow. I’ll guide you with a balance of deep presence, fierce compassion, and strategic mentorship.
Phase 3: Unleash
With love and confidence, you’ll create, lead, and express your gifts. Whether launching your offerings, sharing your message, or simply showing up as the fullest version of yourself, this phase is about courageous action. You’ll build momentum, see real shifts in your life, and lead with aliveness.

Qualifications
I’ve trained extensively with Aletheia coaching, a next-generation developmental coaching method.
I’m a trained life coach with Co-Active Coaching, one of the premier coach training institutes in the world.
I’m a certified EVRYMAN facilitator, where I learned elements of Somatic Experiencing and The Hakomi Method from Owen Marcus and Brad Golphenee. Although Evryman is a men’s organization, the work applies to all.
I am a certified Somatic Breathwork practitioner. Depending on your needs, we may explore a devoted breathwork session or two. Other certifications include RYT 200 and certified Kids Yoga & Mindfulness teacher with Little Flower Yoga
As an entrepreneur of ten years, I’ve created businesses in meditation, yoga, kid’s mindfulness, and coaching. I also wrote a book and am a paid public speaker. I bring my years of failure, learning, and success as mentorship for your creative and entrepreneurial journey.
