The Process
Week 1: Finding Your Voice
We start with a deep dive into who you are as a teacher. Before we meet, I'll send you a short reflection exercise to sit with. In our first session, we look at what you genuinely have to say, where your current Insight Timer presence does and doesn't reflect that, and what's getting in the way. I'll follow up with a full 360° profile assessment via video so you can sit with the feedback before we meet again.
Between Sessions: The Craft
You record or refine a meditation and send it to me. I'll listen and send you honest, detailed feedback on the content, the delivery, where your voice comes through and where it doesn't, and what the title needs to say. All of this happens before we meet again, so our next session can go deeper.
Week 2: Going Deeper
We work through what’s coming up, and use this session for depth coaching, not just tactics. Whatever fears or blocks surfaced, we meet them here.
Week 3: Clarity and Forward Motion
Our final session is about integration. We clarify your content pillars, address any remaining issues, and map your path forward.
