Meet Your Guide

I’m Lou—and in 2015, I had a meditation experience that transformed my life. It compelled me to stop drinking and leave my corporate job, so I could pursue something more meaningful— work that inspired my heart and soul.

(I share the full story in my book Find Your Truth.)

Since meditation was the catalyst for my transformation, I felt called to share its benefits. I started by guiding friends..then someone asked me to record a meditation, so I put it on YouTube and Insight Timer.

Next came donation-based meditation workshops. Eventually, I was teaching at studios for $40 a class. (Spoiler: that didn’t lead to sustainable living.)

Then came a shift. In 2018, I created an offer for schools using my mindfulness background. In 2019, I launched my first paid course on Insight Timer. Together, these brought in $39,000—enough to pay my bills.

That same year, I launched my first 1-on-1 coaching offer—and I finally hired someone to design my website instead of trying to hack it together on my own. That investment made a big difference. I made $58,000 in 2020, and over $100K in 2021.

 How the Launchpad Works (Month by Month)

Over 4 months, you’ll receive 10 1-on-1 sessions with me—starting with 4 weekly sessions in the first month to build momentum, followed by 6 biweekly sessions to support your creation, and launch.

You’ll also have unlimited Monday–Friday access via WhatsApp for ongoing support, feedback, questions, and real-time encouragement as you move through the process.

We begin with your soul work—clarifying who you’re here to serve, what you offer, and how to share your story with confidence. From this, we shape your messaging, offers, and website direction.

What we’ll focus on:

🎨 Month 2: Brand Design, Website Build & Content Creation

Your brand begins to take shape visually and structurally. While Kelly Ann works on your design, you’ll complete your website copy and begin a marketing plan, whether that involves content creation or something that is social media-free.

What we’ll focus on:

  • Finalizing website copy and branding direction

  • Creating your lead magnet or freebie

  • Choosing what channels to create for

  • Building your email list and welcome sequence

  • Continued feedback on meditations, videos, or blog/audio content

  • A 1:1 design session with Kelly Ann for feedback and site finalization

We put the backend of your business into place so you don’t have to mess with the tech! (Unless that’s your jam.) We’ll handle the tech setup while you focus on your zone of genuis.

  • You’ll receive 10 private 60-minute coaching sessions with me over 4 months—weekly at first, then biweekly. These sessions are part strategy, part soul work. We’ll clarify your message, shape your offerings, work through fear and doubt, and make sure your business feels like you. Every session is personalized and grounded in where you are.

  • You’ll have unlimited Monday–Friday access via WhatsApp for voice notes and text support. That means when you’re stuck writing your bio, scared to publish your first post, or unsure how to record something—you’re not alone. I’m right there with you in real time.

  • We’ll use Zoom for live sessions and WhatsApp for in-between support. All resources, notes, and links will be shared in a private Google Drive folder so you always have access. You don’t need to be tech-savvy—we’ll walk you through every step.

  • Nope. We’ll help you choose the visibility path that works for you. That might be email, YouTube, Insight Timer, Instagram—or no public platform at all. There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy here. The best marketing is the one you’ll actually enjoy doing.

  • Yes. You can pay in full or choose a monthly plan to make the investment more accessible. Just let me know what works best for you.

  • Because we’re offering a high-touch, personalized experience with limited spots, all sales are final and refunds are not available.

  • If your current site no longer reflects who you are or the work you’re stepping into, we’ll treat this as a full rebrand and rebuild.

    We’ll start fresh—from your messaging to your design—so your online presence aligns with the depth of your practice and the direction you're growing into.

  • Your site will be built on Squarepace. It’ll be mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, and designed to reflect your voice and vision—not a cookie-cutter template. We’ll handle all the backend so you can stay focused on your message.

  • Not at all. That’s why this is a full-service experience. My wife Kelly Ann is the designer and will guide you through a 1:1 session to co-create the look and feel of your brand. You just bring your essence—we’ll handle the rest.

  • Yes! You’ll receive a simple walkthrough of how to make edits, swap photos, and update text—so your site can grow with you. You’ll also get a branding toolkit and easy-to-use templates to help you stay consistent moving forward. 

  • If your current site no longer reflects who you are or what you offer, this container can support a complete rebrand and rebuild. We’ll start fresh—from messaging to design—and help you create something that feels aligned with this next chapter of your work.
