It's easier to make a lot of money in a short amount of time than a little money over a long period of time.

Let yourself suck. Ship imperfect work. Make it a goal to look back in 10 years and be aghast at what you see.

This is the first year since 2020 that I have not hit 6 figures. Overall, $80k is not bad, but it was in the same year my wife left her job, we moved across the country, and got pregnant with our first child. Wowzas!

So over the last week, I decided to sit down and write my coaching page from my heart, speaking to those I think it could benefit. I didn’t worry about talking to the right niche or describing the transformation.

Two of those men are fellow Insight Timer teachers, Charles Freligh and Mark Guay. I wanted to use this email to highlight both of them and share some of their work.

I realize that it stems from my teen years. When I started dating my high school girlfriend, this guy who really liked her egged my car. It started this whole AIM chat drama (remember AIM?!), where his friends would message me, trying to incite a fight.
